Cart and trade account access

Public visitors can review catalogue information and add items to the cart. A trade account is required before checkout can continue.

Cart contents are saved in the current browser so that sign-in or account creation can continue the checkout process.

Checkout flow

After sign-in, checkout is used to review order lines, delivery details, and payment readiness before order submission or payment continuation.

Checkout is intended for trade account users and forms part of the order review process before fulfilment can proceed.

Payment readiness

Online payment options are introduced only when enabled at checkout. If online payment is not available for your order, you can use a fully covering coupon where permitted or contact the Service Team for quote and account follow-up.

Where current business rules permit zero-balance orders, those orders may still be submitted without online payment.

Delivery information

Delivery review depends on the address linked to the trade account and the order details prepared for checkout.

Confirmed orders are dispatched from China, and fulfilment updates continue through the account workflow or direct communication where relevant.

Order follow-up

Order status, payment confirmation where applicable, and operational updates continue after order submission through the relevant account process.

If clarification is needed before ordering, payment continuation, or shipment follow-up, the Service Team can be contacted through the published business contact details.
